Ntsiki Mazwai faces asset auction over legal dispute with Themba “Euphonik” Nkosi

South African artist Ntsiki Mazwai is at risk of having her assets auctioned following a legal dispute with house musician Themba “Euphonik” Nkosi.

According to City Press, the High Court issued a writ of execution last month in favor of Euphonik, stemming from a defamation lawsuit filed against Mazwai.

The auction could involve assets valued at around R110,000, though the specific items at risk remain unclear. Mazwai, known for her outspoken presence on social media, has often found herself at the center of controversy, including the defamation case in question.

The legal dispute dates back over five years when Mazwai accused Euphonik of being a rapist on social media.

While the court has authorized the asset auction, it remains uncertain whether the process has already taken place.
